- Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and tools provided by Ford to accurately identify and resolve vehicle issues.
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service, clearly explaining issues and repairs needed to the customer.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and corporate policies and procedures.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Ford vehicle technology and service information through training and continuing education.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure customer needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Certified Automotive Technician with a valid automotive repair license or equivalent.
- Proven experience working with Ford vehicles or similar automotive experience.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a mobile work environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Capability to lift heavy parts and equipment and operate in various weather conditions.
