Job Title: Service Porte

Job Summary:

The Service Porter plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers. This position involves supporting various departments by managing the flow of service, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and assisting with customers needs. The ideal candidate is attentive to detail, possesses strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing assistance as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in public areas, including entrances, lobbies, and shop.
- Support service staff in setting up and breaking down event spaces, dining areas, and meeting rooms.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the parking area, ensuring it is free of debris and hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation and delivery of services.
- Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical ability to lift heavy items and walk/stand for extended periods.
